Welcome to LIU Wellness Studio (“LIU”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, booking our services, attending sessions, workshops or wellness programs, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

LIU provides wellness and fitness related services including but not limited to:

• Mat Pilates
• Barre Sessions
• Yoga & Meditation
• Dance & Movement Therapy
• Teen Wellness Programs
• Professional Wellness Programs
• Corporate Grooming & Wellness Sessions
• Sound Healing & Holistic Wellness Collaborations
• Workshops, Retreats & Community Events

Participants must provide accurate information during registration. Minors under the age of 18 must participate under parental or guardian consent.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in any wellness, fitness or movement-based session. LIU is not liable for injuries, health complications or medical conditions arising during or after participation.

Participants are advised to consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise or wellness program.

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise specified.
• Memberships and packages are non-transferable.
• Prices and schedules may change without prior notice.

• Cancellations made within the permitted time frame may be rescheduled subject to availability.
• Missed sessions without prior notice may not be refunded or adjusted.
• Refunds for workshops, retreats or special events are subject to LIU’s cancellation policy.

Clients are expected to maintain respectful behaviour within the studio and during online/offline sessions. LIU reserves the right to deny access or terminate participation in case of misconduct or inappropriate behaviour.

Corporate wellness and grooming services are customized according to client requirements. Timelines, deliverables and commercial terms may vary based on agreements signed with businesses or organizations.

All website content, branding, graphics, videos, session materials and wellness programs remain the intellectual property of LIU unless otherwise stated.

LIU may capture photographs or videos during sessions, workshops or events for promotional purposes. Participants may inform the team in advance if they do not wish to appear in such content.

LIU shall not be held responsible for personal injury, loss of belongings, technical interruptions, scheduling conflicts or damages resulting from participation in any service or activity.

Personal information collected through forms, memberships or bookings will be used only for operational, communication and service-related purposes.

LIU reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
