In-Person Group Sessions (3–8 participants)

Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday

Morning (TTS): 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Evening (TTS): 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM, 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Sunday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Group classes will not be conducted if there are only 1–2 participants.
